INGREDIENTS:
MUTHIA:
Wheat Flour – 1 cup,
Gram Flour – 3 tbsp,
Bottle Gourd – 1 cup, finely grated,
Cilantro – 1/2 cup, finely chopped,
Ginger and Green Chilli Paste Mixture – 1 and 1/2 tsp,
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp,
(Cumin, Coriander, Sugar, Red Chilli) powder – 1 tsp each,
Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp,
Salt to taste,

TEMPERING:
Mustard Seed – 1 tsp,
Sesame Seed – 3 tsp,
Whole Red Chilli – 2-3 pieces,
Curry Leaves – 6-7 pieces,

METHOD:
Take a big mixing bowl add all the Muthia ingredients together and mix. Cover it and keep a side for 15 mins.

Pre heat your steamer.

Give it a shape (as you like) of the dough.

Put it into the steamer for 20-30 mins.

Take out from the steamer and cut into the shape.

Heat the pan put oil, once it hot add all the Tempering ingredients fir it for few seconds.

Add Muthias into the pan fry it for 3-5 mins.

Serve hot.
