Nigerian Egg Roll is a popular Nigerian snack which is very similar to the Nigerian bun.
The measurement used in this video can make up to 6 – 8 egg rolls.
Ingredients:
* 2 cups of plain flour
* 1/4 cups of sugar (3 tbsps)
* 1/2 a cup of evaporated milk
* 6 hard boiled eggs
* 2 tbsps of butter
* 1 egg
* A pinch of nutmeg
* A pinch of baking powder
* A pinch of sea salt
* Vegetable oil
