A delicious snack with our ginger thins, smoked salmon, sour cream and lumpfish caviar. perfect appetizer! More inspiration on our website www.destrooper.be

Ingredients:
4 Ginger thins
125 g smoked salmon
25 g lumpfish caviar
20 ml sour cream
Affilla cress or chives to garnish

Method:
Trim the slices of smoked salmon to the size of the Ginger thins. Top the Ginger thins with the salmon and finish off with half a dessertspoon of sour cream and the lumpfish caviar. Garnish with some chives or affilla cress.
