Khaman Dhokla is very famous Gujarati Snack dish, but you can have it even in breakfast and also as a side dish of main course…
It is basically steamed besan cake and it has all tastes in it like sweet, sour, spicy, soft and spongy..
You can have Khaman dhokla with special gujarati kadhi or with chutney and ketchup…
