KIT KAT BROWNIES (How to)

A deliciously moist chocolate brownie, where the kit kats add a lovely chewy and crunchy top and centre. A whole lotta yum!!! 🙂

Ingredients:
200g butter
200g chocolate (I used dark chocolate)
3/4 cup of plain flour
1 1/4 cups of sugar
1/3 cup of cocoa powder
3 eggs + 2 egg yolks
and of course KIT KATS! 🙂

Bake for 40-45 minutes. If you don't like them as moist or gooey, cook for an extra 10 minutes. Each oven is different so keep an eye on them. The skewer won't come out clean, but they will firm as they cool. If they wobble when you shake the tin, they are not ready!

NOTE: I always use a square cake tin to bake brownies in. It provides more depth to your brownie than a rectangular slice tin.
