This kulcha delight recipe is a good option for morning breakfast, evening tea time and for dinner

Ingredients

Chopped capsicum
Chopped cabbage
Chopped carrot
Salt
Black pepper powder
Garam masala powder
Red chilly powder
Mayonnaise
Kulcha
Tomato, onion and cucumber slice

Preparation

In a bowl, mix all the vegetables and spices
Add mayonnaise into it and mix it well
Spread the mixture on kulcha
Put tomato onion and cucumber slices
With the help of butter, cook it from both the sides on non stick tawa
Garnish it with capsicum carrots and cabbage
Put tomato ketchup on it
Serve hot
