INGREDIENTS:
Mirchi – 4 pieces, removed seeds from the inside,
Oil for deep fry,

Stuffing:
Potato – 2 medium, boiled and mashed,
Roasted spices powder(Cumin, coriander and red chilli) – 2 tsp,
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp,
Salt to taste,
Asafoetida – 1/2 tsp,

Batter:
Chickpeas flour – 4 tbsp,
Corn flour – 2 tbsp,
Baking soda – 1/4 tsp,
Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp,
Asafoetida – 1/2 tsp,
Salt to taste,
Pinch of turmeric powder,
Water as per requirement,

METHOD:
Heat the pan, add oil once it hot put all the stuffing ingredients one by one. Mix well and stir it for 4-5 mins. Turn off the flame and cool down.

Take a big mixing bowl add all the batter ingredients one by one mix well, add water and make a smooth batter just make sure that no lumps are there.

Stuff the mirchi with potato mixture deep into the batter and deep fry it.

When it become golden colour then take out from the oil.
