Mughlai Paratha (Egg Chicken Moghlai Paratha) is a delicious paratha made with plain flour and enhanced by egg filling inside. The filling can also be enriched with keema. Very popular Street food in Kolkata . Hot Moghlai Paratha served with salad , Tomato ketchup and spicy dry potato .

Ingredients : –

For dough:
Plain flour/ maida – 250 gm
Salt – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Water as required

Stuffing – 3 eggs
Onions chopped – 1 big
Gheen chillies chopped – 2 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves – 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
black pepper powder – 1 tsp
White oil – 1 cup (for deer fry)
