Simple oven roasted chick peas recipe flavored with four spices.

Ingredients:
185ml canned chick peas, rinsed and drained well. Do pat dry with paper towel or let it air dry.
¼ tsp (1ml) ground cumin
¼ tsp (1ml) paprika
half of ¼ tsp of salt [Correction: It's 6 pinches of salt.]
10 sprinkles of black pepper
1 tbsp (15ml) olive oil
Note: The oven rack is placed on the second level counting from the bottom up. Preheat the oven to 400F.
