INGREDIENTS
• 50 Gms Instant Oats
• 1 Scoop Whey Protein
• 5 tsp Milk
• 1 tsp peanut butter
• 30 gms crushed almond, cashew & raisin (10 gm each)
DIRECTIONS
• Roast oats for five minutes till it starts to become brown.
• In a bowl, mix oats and all the ingredients, and start mixing.
• It may take some time, mix till it becomes sticky.
• Give any shape you want and refrigerate.
