INGREDIENTS:
Rice – 2 cups, cooked,
Carrot – 1 cup, shredded,
Onion – 1/2 cup, finely chopped,
Green Bell Pepper – 1/2 cup, finely chopped,
Potato – 2 medium, boiled,
Garlic – 2 tsp, grated,
Lemon – 1/2 piece,
Salt to taste,
(Red Chilli powder, Black Pepper powder and Oregano) – 1 tsp each,
Bread Crumbs – as you needed,
Oil for fry – as you needed,

METHOD:
Into a big mixing bowl add all the vegetables along with Lemon juice and dry spices into the Rice, mix well. Then add boiled Potato and mix well with your hand.

Make some balls with it and press it from the both sides of the balls

Then coat it with the Bread Crumbs.

Shallow fry it. When it become nice golden colour take out from the pan.

Serve hot.
