INGREDIENTS:
Semolina – 1 cup,
Water – 2 cups,
Carom Seeds – 1/4 tsp,
Salt to taste,
Potato – 1 and 1/2 cup, boiled and roughly mashed,
Cilantro – 1/2 cup, chopped,
Red Chilli and Cumin roasted powder – 1 tbsp,
Chaat Masala – 1 tsp,
Oil for deep fry,

METHOD:
For stuffing take a big mixing bowl, add boiled potato, cilantro, roasted masala, chat masala and salt mix together.

For the semolina dough heat 2 cups of water then add Semolina, Salt and Carom Seeds into it. Cook it for 1-2 mins, once it become thick and dough consistency turn off the flame. Add 1 tsp of oil mix nicely, Cool down for 3-4 mins. Do not get it completely cool down.

Make small balls with the dough then make little hole with your thumb insert the stuffing into the balls, cover it and press from the both sides. It will be round shape.

Heat the oil and deep fry it. When it become golden brown take out from the oil.

Serve hot.
