For shell
1 cup all-purpose flour (plain flour, maida)
1/4 cup fine sooji (semolina)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 tablespoons oil
1/3 cup of lukewarm water

for the Filling
2 cups boiled, peeled and chopped potatoes into very small cubes
1/2 cup green peas (I am using frozen green peas)
2 tablespoons oil (canola or vegetable oil)
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon mango powder (amchur)
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chopped green chilies, adjust to taste
Also, need the oil to fry

For Serving
1/4 cup green cilantro chutney
1/4 cup tamarind chutney
