Chicken Kabiraji (Bengali Snack)| Chicken Cutlet Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
Chicken mince – 250gm,
Onion – 1 large finely chopped,
Green Chilli – 2 finely chopped,
Cilantro – hand full chopped,
Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp,
Salt to taste,
Chicken 65 masala (any kind of chicken ready made spice) – 1 tbsp,
Plain Flour – 1 cup,
Egg – 2 pieces,
Enough Oil for deep fry.

METHOD:
Prepare the Chicken with Onion, GreenChilli, Ginger-Garlic, Chicken 65 masala, Cilantro and Salt. Mix it well.

Give it a shape Whatever u like. Beat Eggs into a another bowl and keep a said.

Dusting the Chicken with Plain Flour then deep into the Egg and deep fry into the Oil. At the time of frying you have to do the same whatever I did.

Take out from the oil and serve.
