INGREDIENTS:
Skinless Black Gram – 1 cup, socked for over night and bland,
Asafetida – 1 tsp,
Salt to taste,
Card – 1/2 cup,
Sweet Tamarind Chutney – 1/2 cup,
Roasted Cumin powder – 1 tbsp,
Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp,
Black Salt – 1 tsp,
Oil for deep fry.

METHOD:
For the Vada mix salt and 1/2 tsp of Asafetida in to the Black Gram paste and mix well.

Heat the oil and fry the Vada, when it become light brown then take out from the oil. And put into the plain water. Socked for 5-7 mins.

After that take it out from the water and lightly press and remove all the water from the Vada. Put the Vada into a another plate.

First add the Card over the Vada but before that add Asafetida and Black Salt into the card and mix well.

Then sprinkle some Red Chilli powder, Roasted Cumin powder and Black Salt over the Vada.

Lastly add Sweet Tamarind Chutney on the top of this.

Cool it into the refrigerator for 30 mins and serve.
